How do I return an item for warranty?

Note to our valued customers:

Canvas USA® offers a one (1) year guarantee on workmanship of products we manufacture. Our Customer Service and Quality Control welcome your feed back as verification of Quality Assurance. Most of our business is word of mouth from satisfied customers, so please let us know how we are doing. Verify your invoice for correctness: Color, Product (top, cover, cushion, etc), Dimensions (make, length, width) and any options ordered. As in all manufacturing, we have procedures in the products we build for you. Our products custom fitted to your product (we measure) will fit more precise than one fitted to a different manufacturers structure, i.e.; a slight difference in curvature of corners, etc. We understand this, so you have thirty (30) days to notify us of the issues on our manufactured items. We will re-process and correct any issues, but we cannot accept Return for Refund items on custom work specific projects . Return for Re-Process, when possible please send Pictures as this will help identify issues.

General over the counter sales, i.e.: general hardware, snaps, fittings, etc. " Return for Refund", have to be returned in original packaging unused. We have to charge a ten (10%) percent re-stocking fee to cover credit card and labor/resale fees.

On items Shipped for Return: Please call and speak to Customer Service so that we can assign your item a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Be sure to have your Name and Return Authorization Number inside the box and written outside the box on any items returned.

Cleaning Acrylic Canvas
Acrylic canvas should be cleaned regularly to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating. Simply brush off any loose dirt and rinse with lukewarm water. To clean, use a solution of lukewarm water (not exceeding 100° F) and a mild natural soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove excess soap. For light cleaning, avoid the use of detergents. Normal wear, usage and cleaning will reduce the effectiveness of the water-repellent finish. If water repellent is important, a water-repellent treatment should be used if the fabric has been cleaned or if the fabric is constantly exposed to the elements.

Acrylic Canvas Warranty - Marine and Awning
Acrylic Canvas manufactured products by Canvas USA are warrantied for five years from the date of the original purchase. Canvas sold by the yard off the roll is not covered by this warranty. Only acrylic canvas that has a Canvas USA Logo attached or Canvas USA manufactured products, will be covered under this warranty. The warranty covers the fabric becoming un-serviceable as a result of loss of strength from normal exposure to conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, . if the fabric has been properly installed, used and maintained.
Thread is not covered under the warranty unless you purchased our Long Lasting Thread option with an additional fee then refer to the thread warranty. The warranty does cover replacement of the canvas excluding installation. The warranty does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to abusive misuse, accidental burns, negligence, vandalism, perforations or acts of God. Please call and speak to Customer Service for a Warranty Return Authorization Number (WRAN). To speed up the process of making a Warranty Claim, please describe the claim and email to Warranty@CanvasUSA.com. Include information about the claim and pictures to support the claim of the warranty. Pictures of canvas in use are required to initiate the claim whether you bring to a Canvas USA Showroom or a Dealer. Be sure to have your Name and Return Authorization Number inside the box and written outside the box or on any items returned.
