How do I return an item for warranty?

Note to our valued customers:

Canvas USA® offers a one (1) year guarantee on workmanship of products we manufacture. Our Customer Service and Quality Control welcome your feedback as verification of Quality Assurance. Most of our business is word of mouth from satisfied customers, so please let us know how we are doing. Verify your invoice for correctness: Color, Product (top, cover, cushion, etc), Dimensions (make, length, width) and any options ordered. As in all manufacturing, we have procedures in the products we build for you. Our products custom fitted to your product (we measure) will fit more precise than one fitted to a different manufacturers structure, i.e.; a slight difference in curvature of corners, etc. We understand this, so you have thirty (30) days to notify us of the issues on our manufactured items. We will re-process and correct any issues, but we cannot accept Return for Refund items on custom work specific projects . Return for Re-Process, when possible please send Pictures as this will help identify issues.

General over the counter sales, i.e.: general hardware, snaps, fittings, etc. " Return for Refund", have to be returned in original packaging unused. We have to charge a ten (10%) percent restocking fee to cover credit card and labor/resale fees.

On items Shipped for Return: Please call and speak to Customer Service so that we can assign your item a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Be sure to have your Name and Return Authorization Number inside the box and written outside the box on any items returned or item will not be accepted.
