    Affiliate Program Application

    Apply to the Canvas USA® Affiliate Program
    Tell us who you are and where your audience is. Every application is reviewed and approved by a person. Approved affiliates receive a tracked link, a link kit and an approval letter stating their commission rates and attribution window. Read the program overview and the Affiliate Program Terms before you apply.

    Before you start

    • You must be 18 or older.
    • You will need a completed IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable form for a non-U.S. person). No payment is made without it.
    • Have the links to your channels ready: website, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, forum profile, newsletter — whichever apply.
    • Trade Partners, Canvas USA® staff and their households are not eligible for commission on their own or trade-account purchases.

    The application

    Applications are usually answered within a few business days. Approved affiliates receive a link kit and an approval letter by email.

    Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Your W-9 is stored against your record and used for payment and tax reporting, nothing else.
