How do I place an order on your website?
Placing an order on our website is simple! Browse through our product categories, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order securely.
What if I want to speak to someone?
We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
What items are eligible for a refund?
Stock items, such as hardware, snaps and fittings, may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Authorization, unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies. Custom-made products and cut materials cannot be returned. Our Returns and Refunds policy has the details.
Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. Some coatings and other regulated materials have shipping limits, which our Shipping Policy explains.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order states when we expect to ship it, and carrier transit times are shown at checkout. Custom-made products take longer because they are built for you. Faster shipping is available on many items, but paints, solvents and other regulated materials ship by ground only.
