What it is

SEM Soap is a mild abrasive surface preparation cleaner from SEM, sold in a 15 oz size. It is used as the first step in refinishing flexible surfaces, such as vinyl, leather, plastic and canvas. It comes ready to use and is blue.

How to use it

1. Apply the soap directly to the flexible surface.
2. Let the foam settle into the surface and pull up body oils and other contaminants.
3. Work it over the surface if needed.
4. Wipe or rinse the surface clean before the next step of your refinishing project.
5. Store it in a cool, dry area and reseal tightly after each use.
