Materials & Construction
This is a one step liquid cleaner and wax that cleans away scuffs and oxidation while applying a protective UV-resistant wax coating on fiberglass, metal, and painted RV surfaces in a single application, restoring color and shine while helping prevent future fading.
Product Description
Why you'll want it
- Brings back color and shine. Helps your RV's fiberglass and painted surfaces look richer and glossier, the maker says.
- Helps guard against fading. UV inhibitors help your RV hold its color and resist fading over time.
- Removes scuffs and oxidation in one step. It is designed to lift scuff marks and oxidation, and most surfaces need no hard rubbing.
- Good to do before winter. Fall is a good time to clean and protect your RV before the cold months set in. The wax is made to help keep its shine for extended periods.
What it is
Star brite's Premium RV One Step Cleaner Wax is a 32 oz liquid that cleans, waxes and protects RV surfaces in one application. It is made for fiberglass, metal and painted surfaces on RVs and travel trailers. The maker says it is marine-grade and draws on more than 50 years of marine industry experience.
How to use it
- Wash the RV to remove surface dirt, then dry it thoroughly.
- Shake the bottle well before using.
- Work in small sections, applying the product in a firm, overlapping pattern with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth, or with a buffer.
- Rub well while the polish is still wet to remove chalk, oxidation and stains.
- On heavily oxidized surfaces, repeat with more product. Most surfaces do not need hard rubbing.
What else the job needs
Good to have on hand: a clean cotton or microfiber cloth, or an applicator pad. The product text also names a buffer as an option for applying it.
