    Materials & Construction

Barnacle Blaster RTU is a water-based, buffered cleaning solution designed to dissolve barnacles, rust, calcium, and mineral deposits without harming fiberglass or gel coat.

    Product Description

    Why you'll want it

    • Less scrubbing to clear barnacles. The formula loosens barnacles so they come off the hull with little effort, so you do not have to scrub hard.
    • Kind to your fiberglass and gel coat. Specially buffered, so it is gentle on the finish of your hull, including the gel coat.
    • Also cleans the sea water cooling system. The record says it can be safely run through sea water cooling systems to dissolve barnacles, zebra mussels and mineral deposits.
    • Clean the bottom before fall haul-out. Rust stains, oil stains, scum lines and algae come off the hull too, so the bottom is clean before winter storage.

    What it is

Sudbury Barnacle Blaster RTU is a ready-to-use hull cleaner from the maker Sudbury, sold in a 32oz bottle. The RTU in the name means ready to use. It is water-based and is made to clean boat bottoms, removing barnacles, scum lines, rust stains, oil stains and algae.
