    This pad is a blue open-cell foam disc with a waffle-textured face, designed to deliver aggressive cutting action on rotary polishers while minimizing heat build-up for safer, faster defect removal.

    Why you'll want it

    • Built to remove severe defects. This blue foam pad is made for aggressive removal of severe defects and sanding marks. It is the coarsest pad in the RUPES Rotary Waffle line.
    • Waffle face keeps the pad cooler. The waffle face helps with rotational stability and cuts down on heat from rotary motion. Because the face does not fully touch the surface, it runs cooler and lowers the risk of overheating your paint.
    • Velcro back holds firmly. The Velcro back holds the pad firmly to compatible rotary polishers, so it stays put while you work.
    • Fall is a good time to correct paint. Fall is a good time to work out marks on your paint before winter storage or the spring launch. This pad is built for that kind of correction work.
