What it is
Star brite Instant Fresh Toilet Treatment, Lemon Scent, is a toilet treatment made by Star brite. It comes as six bottles of 8 oz each. It works in RV, marine and portable toilets, and both black and grey water tanks are covered.
How to use it
- Black water tank: 1 fl oz (30 ml) for each 5 gallons (19 liters) of tank size, poured down the toilet, then 4 liters of water.
- Grey water tank: 1 fl oz (30 ml) for each 10 gallons (38 liters) of tank size, poured down the shower or sink drain, then 1 gallon (4 liters) of water.
- Recirculation toilet: the starting water charge gets 8 fl oz (250 ml).
- Portable toilet: add 4 fl oz (125 ml) to the waste holding tank, with enough fresh water to cover its bottom.
- In hot weather, or when waste sits a long time, the tank may need more treatment.
