    This RUPES pad is a natural twisted wool buffing pad built for rotary polishers, giving detailers strong cutting speed with a smoother, more controlled result and less risk of swirl marks.

    Why you'll want it

    • Fast cutting from natural wool. The pad is made of 100% natural lamb's wool, twisted for fast, efficient cutting. It has no synthetic fibers or fillers.
    • Built to help reduce swirl marks. The pad is engineered to lower the risk of rotary swirls. It was developed to work well with RUPES Coarse Rotary Compound.
    • Works with most rotary polishers. The record says it is compatible with virtually all rotary polishing tools. It attaches to a compatible rotary polisher backing plate.
    • Finish polishing before winter storage. Fall is a good time to get your polishing done before winter storage. Rinse the pad after each use and let it air dry fully before you put it away, to help keep its cutting performance.

    What it is

    The RUPES Twisted Wool Polishing Pad is a 180mm buffing pad made by RUPES for rotary polishers. It is built from 100% natural lamb's wool, with each strand 35mm long. Each strand is steam set to help keep its color consistent.

    How to use it

    1. Attach the pad securely to a compatible rotary polisher backing plate.
    2. Apply your chosen cutting or polishing compound.
    3. Work the pad across the surface using standard rotary technique.
    4. Rinse the pad thoroughly after each use to remove compound residue.
    5. Let the pad air dry fully before storing it.
