    This finishing pad is constructed from black foam using CCS Technology, a pattern of partially closed foam cells that helps keep polish on the working surface rather than absorbed below it.

    Why you'll want it

    • Keeps more polish on the surface. CCS pockets hold polish on the working surface and let it out as you need it, so less of it soaks into the foam.
    • Helps you run the pad flat. The CCS pockets reduce surface tension, so you can keep the pad flat against the paint while you work.
    • Built for the final gloss. The black foam is made for final refinement, jeweling and very light swirls on soft paint, with an extra fine finishing polish.
    • Finish the hull before spring. Fall is a good time to give the hull its final polish, so it is ready to show off when the boat comes back out in spring.

    1. Use the pad with an extra fine finishing polish.
