What it is

This is a Lake Country 6-inch by 1-inch flat polishing pad in blue and teal. It is made from a blend of natural and synthetic wool fibers. It attaches to a rotary or dual-action polisher.

How to use it

1. Fit the pad onto a rotary or dual-action polisher.
2. Move the polisher in passes that overlap, so the whole area gets worked.
3. When the oxidation is cut back, move to a finer pad or a wax step to finish.
4. After each use, rinse the pad with clean water to clear out compound and residue.
5. Let the pad dry fully in the air before you store it.
