SEM AVS 150mm 6" Sanding Disc 180 Grit - Box of 50

Why you'll want it

• Cuts fast and holds up well. The record calls this disc fast cutting, with long life and exceptional edge wear. That helps you move through the sanding faster.
• Gives an even, consistent finish. The record lists consistent scratch and a consistent finish, so your sanding stays even from pass to pass.
• Built with a venting system. The disc has the Advanced Venting System (AVS), named in its features. The record does not say more about how it works.
• Stock up for fall and winter work. Fall is a good time to stock up, so the discs are ready for winter projects. The box holds 50 discs, each 150mm (6 inches) across.

What it is

This is a box of 50 SEM AVS sanding discs, 150mm (6 inches) across, in 180 grit. SEM is the maker, and the manufacturer part number is SA26180. A lower grit number is coarser and removes material faster, while a higher number is finer.

How to use it

1. Start with the least aggressive grit that does the job.
2. Step through finer grits in turn, since skipping a stage can leave scratches the next step cannot remove.
