Kroil Original Penetrant is an aerosol penetrating oil in the Aerokroil formula that sprays directly onto frozen or rusted metal parts to work its way into tight threads and free seized bolts and fittings.

Why you'll want it
- Loosens what rust has locked. It works into rusted nuts, bolts, shafts and pulleys and helps them turn free. Spray it, let it soak in, then put the wrench to it.

What it is
Kroil Original Penetrant is a penetrating oil, sold here as the Aerokroil spray. It has been trusted to loosen frozen metal parts and free stuck bolts since 1939. Besides loosening parts, it helps remove rust and carbon deposits, cleans, lubricates and pushes out moisture.
How to use it
- Shake the can.
- Spray it straight onto the stuck nut, bolt or fitting.
- Give it time to soak in before you try to turn or remove the part.
What else the job needs
Have the right wrenches or sockets, a wire brush and clean rags on hand. A grease or protectant helps guard the part once it goes back together.
