    This is a 200mm waffle-textured foam polishing pad from RUPES, in yellow. It has a hook-and-loop (velcro) backing, so it attaches to compatible rotary backing plates. It is designed for the BigFoot LH19E rotary polisher and other rotary polishers that take a 200mm velcro-backed pad.
