- Stock up before the cold months. A box of 25 gives you a set of discs on hand for off-season work, before the cold months arrive.
What it is
This is an 80 grit grinding disc from SEM, 3 inch across, sold as a box of 25. Lower grit numbers are coarser and remove material faster. The record lists the weight as 0.8 lb.
How to use it
- Start with the least aggressive grit that does the job.
- Step through progressively finer grits, one stage at a time.
- Do not skip stages. Skipping leaves scratches that the next step cannot remove.
What else the job needs
Good to have on hand: finer grits for the later stages, as the grit guide describes. No additional items are specified in the product description.
