What it is
Presta PACE™ Heavy Cut Compound is a compound from Presta for correcting and polishing surfaces. It is a liquid meant for orbital polishers. It comes in a 32 oz container.
How to use it
- Place four drops, each 1/4-inch (6.25mm), on the pad.
- Spread it over the area with the polisher on setting 1, the lowest.
- When the area is fully covered, raise the polisher to setting 6, the highest.
- Press lightly to moderately and keep working until the compound changes from opaque to clear.
- Do not keep buffing once the surface has dried.
- Finish with a clean microfiber cloth that is ultra-soft.
What else the job needs
Good to have on hand: an orbital polisher, which this compound is made for, and an ultra-soft microfiber cloth for the final wipe-down.
