Materials & Construction
This is a liquid one-step cleaner wax formulated to remove surface chalk and oxidation while depositing a UV-inhibiting protective coating, restoring shine in a single application.
Product Description
Why you'll want it
- Cleans and waxes in one step. The formula cleans and waxes in a single application, so the job stays simple.
- Lifts chalk and oxidation off your surfaces. It lifts light to medium chalk and oxidation. The directions say to rub well while the wax is wet.
- Helps guard against sun fading. The coat it leaves behind has UV inhibitors, which help guard against sun damage and fading.
- A fall clean-up before cold weather. Fall is a good time to clean and protect your surfaces before cold weather. The coat it leaves behind gives a UV-protected shine.
What it is
Star brite Premium Cleaner Wax is a one-step cleaner wax made by Star brite. It is made for marine and automotive surfaces. The listing is for the 1 gallon size.
How to use it
- Begin on a surface that is clean and dry.
- Shake the bottle thoroughly first.
- Work on a small area at a time. Apply the wax evenly with a clean cloth. Cotton towels work best.
- Rub well while the wax is wet to lift chalk, oxidation and stains.
- The wax dries rapidly to a haze. Wipe the haze off with a clean, dry towel or cloth.
- Reapply within 10 to 30 days, as the directions say.
What else the job needs
Good to have on hand: clean cloths or cotton towels for applying and wiping. Pairs well with Star brite Ultimate Boat Guard Speed Detailer, which the product text recommends between full wax applications to keep the shine.
