    What it is

    STA-BIL Storage Fuel Stabilizer is a liquid fuel additive made by STA-BIL. It is sold as a case of 12 bottles, each holding 32 fluid ounces. It works in all gasoline engines, including vehicles, motorcycles, two-cycle and small engines, generators, and boats.

    How to use it

    1. Use it in any gasoline-powered vehicle or equipment you plan to store for 30 days or longer.
    2. Use 1 ounce (30 milliliters) for up to 2½ gallons (9.5 liters) of fuel.
    3. Use it only with fresh fuel, and keep the gas can or tank 95% full.
    4. Run the engine for 5 minutes after adding it, so the whole fuel system is treated.

    What else the job needs

    Good to have on hand: fresh gasoline for the tank or gas can, and a boat, car or motorcycle cover for extra storage protection. Pairs well with a gas can for storing fuel.
