- Dust comes away as you sand. The sheet has a stearate layer that helps dust come away while you work, which keeps clogging down.
- Cuts well and lasts longer. Ceramic grains on a polyester (PET) film backing are designed for high efficiency and long life. Each sheet gives a uniform scratch pattern.
- Made for paint, primer and wood. It is made for jobs on paint, primer, gelcoat, putty, wood and composites. It is ideal for dry use.
- Winter prep before spring. Fall is a good time to get surface work done, so the boat is ready when spring comes.
What it is
The RUPES PROCUT Film Delta Abrasive Sheet is a sanding sheet made by RUPES, sold as a box of 100. Each sheet is 100mm by 150mm (4 by 6 inches) with 10 holes, in P220 grit. Lower grit numbers are coarser; higher numbers are finer for finishing.
How to use it
- Choose the gentlest grit that still gets the job done.
- Move up in fineness one stage at a time, since skipping a stage leaves scratches the next grit cannot remove.
- Sand dry. The sheet is ideal for dry work.

Pairs well with the other grits in this line: P40, P80, P120, P180 and P320, for coarser or finer steps.
