What it is

The Gtechniq MF1 ZeroR Microfiber Buff Cloth 3-Pack is three buffing cloths made by Gtechniq Marine. Each cloth is 40 x 40 cm, edgeless, with a debossed Gtechniq logo. The cloths are 70% polyester and 30% polyamide, with ultra fine microfiber at 0.13 denier.

How to use it

1. After applying polish, wax or sealant, use the cloth to lift leftover residue.
2. Fold the cloth in quarters, then buff with gentle pressure in straight lines.
3. When the cloth picks up residue, turn to a clean section.
4. Wash it apart from other fabrics, in water at 30°C.
5. Use half the usual amount of bleach-free detergent.
6. Skip fabric softener. It blocks the fibers and cuts how well they work.
7. If a cloth is very dirty, a half cup of vinegar in the wash can help remove product residue.
8. Hang it to dry, or tumble it on a low heat setting.
